1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the docuboxer.com website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Docuboxer provides a suite of web tools for processing files, data and code. Most processing is performed locally in the user's browser. Docuboxer is not liable for data loss resulting from the use of these local tools. We always recommend keeping a backup copy of your original files.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions (Pro Plan)

To access premium features (Pro Plan), you may need to create an account and provide payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel accounts or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use Docuboxer to process material that is illegal, malicious, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties. The unlimited AI tools in the Pro plan are subject to a Fair Use Policy; systematic or automated abuse may result in account limitation or suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". In no event shall Docuboxer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.
