Why we can be unlimited and free
When a traditional web tool processes your file, it pays for compute and bandwidth on every task. It makes sense for it to limit its free plan: every free user costs it money. Docuboxer removes the server from the equation: processing runs in your browser with WebAssembly, so our cost for your task is zero. We don't need daily counters, per-file limits, or to ask you for an account.
That same model is the privacy guarantee: it's not that we promise to delete your files quickly — it's that we never receive them.
